What I do
I work with my clients to help them make change. To work together successfully we create an environment of trust and rapport - a virtual “safe space” for clients to give themselves the time to look at their lives and their options - to do their “best thinking”. For that to happen clients need to be able to be brave enough to challenge habitual thinking and to be their authentic selves: the rewards can be life changing.
Self awareness
The start point is self awareness and looking at assumptions to identify what choices and options there are. This includes identifying strengths and talents and how these align to the client”s current situation.
Goals & Plans
The next stage is to look at goals and plans for how to achieve them. These can be life goals or career goals. Using awareness of strengths and talents I help clients to work out a plan for how to achieve them.
Choices
I strongly believe that everyone has the resources they need to achieve what they want in life, but so often we are not aware of the choices we have, or discount them.
